 Express Workout Thursdays!
 Jump-start your fitness program with a 
fun and fast workout and a relaxing yoga cool down.  
  
Two classes in one!!
 

In the Fitness Segment we will use resistance bands, Bosu ball and agility ladder exercises focusing on core, upper and lower body to achieve a full body workout.  
This will be a mindful strength and agility workout using fun and fast drills for cardiovascular benefits.       


The Yoga Segment will be a relaxing practice to release muscle tension and allow for a calm cool down.
 

The complete FitnessFlow Workout will emphasize body connection and safe body mechanics while focusing on improving overall health and physical strength in a safe, fun environment.

These classes are open to individuals at all levels of fitness. Modifications will be provided so you can work at your level and improve at a safe and nurturing pace.

Come ready to work hard and have fun!!! 
Please bring supportive workout shoes.
This will be an enjoyable and mindful class, not a boot camp!
