FitnessFlow is my Personal Trainer service where I help design and guide you in your own unique yoga and/or fitness program.  
I plan and coach sessions for individuals, work-out partners, and groups. Along with 8 years as a professional athlete, I bring over 30 years of experience working with athletes, adults, and children in all levels of fitness.
Whatever your fitness goal is... Strength, Cardio, Agility, Back Care, Injury Recovery, or Learning to Adapt to Physical Constraints... I am eager to help you begin, or renew, your program.
I am available to coach you at your home, gym (contract permitting), or outdoors.

Personal Training sessions are powerful. Unlike group classes, the focus is completely on you and your specific program. This dedication accelerates your progress. I will teach you effective techniques that you can use anywhere so you are not dependent on a gym and its equipment for your workout.
